Step 2 - Contact us
1. Email us your order at addicted2clothes@gmail.com with your details such as your Full Name, Shipping Address and Contact Numbers.
Step 3 - Wait for your reply
1. You will receive a confirmation from us with our bank information and a total amount that includes shipping.
Step 4 - Bank in payment
1. We only accept payment to HSBC and Maybank accounts at the moment.
2. You can pay us either via Online Banking, ATM Transfer, Cash Deposit Terminals or Over The Counter Direct Bank-in at your convenience. Please take note that payment via Interbank/Giro Transfers usually takes 24 to 48 HOURS to clear.
3. Please email me the transaction date, amount and which bank account to inform us your successful transaction.
4. The items will NOT be shipped out if you do not email us the payment details.
5. If possible, please try not to drag the payment. We will try our very best to contact you and hold the item back for you for as long as possible.
Step 5 - Wait for shipping
1. Delivery time frame is usually 3-7 working days after successful payment, depending on postage method and postage location.
